Connect your EFS cards from WEX to TruckerPro through the data share in eManager, and your fuel purchases come in without keying receipts.
Canadian fills come in as litres and CAD, and US fills as gallons and USD.
Each product on a transaction comes in as its own line, so DEF and reefer fuel stay separate.
Fees and adjustments come in with the purchases.
A first connection reaches back to the start of the previous quarter.
How do I connect EFS to TruckerPro?
The data share is set up in your own eManager account.
In eManager, open Data Sharing Preferences and select TruckerPro.
WEX emails the credentials to you.
In TruckerPro, open Settings, then Integrations, then Fuel Cards, and enter them under EFS.
Add your card, then turn on auto-sync for that card.
What does EFS data do in TruckerPro?
Trucks match on exact unit number, then on a mapping you build for any card that numbers a truck differently. A purchase that cannot be matched stays visible for you to assign, and is never guessed.
The fuel dashboard, with separate CAD and USD tabs.
IFTA fuel by jurisdiction, with reefer fuel and DEF kept out of the diesel pool.
Fuel A/P bills built per card each night and held for your approval.
Truck P&L and load cost. A purchase that matches no truck lands in an Unassigned row.
Cash advances on the driver ledger, recovered on settlement.
Owner-operator fuel chargebacks, if you switch them on.
A nightly fuel audit, if you switch it on and have an ELD connected.
What the EFS connection does not do
TruckerPro reads your transactions and sends nothing back to EFS.
GST, HST and PST are not captured from EFS, so take input tax credits from your EFS statement.
Spending limits and card controls stay in eManager.
It covers cards on the EFS service. Other WEX platforms are not supported.
